I have the right to decide if to take the commission or reject it even without giving reasons.

I have the right to upload your commission on my socials, suscription sites or portfolios. In any case the commissioner wants to remain anonymous or doesn't want their commissions to be posted, let me know as soon as possible.

You're allowed to use your commission for personal use (posting on socials, icons, banners...) with the condition of giving me credits. You're not allowed to use it for commercial uses.

I don't draw specific artstyles, only my own one I feel comfortable with.

You're not allowed to modify or redraw the artwork.

You're not allowed to use it for AI-training or NFTs.

You can get blacklisted if any violation of my T.O.S. is produced and the commision can be terminated without refunds.

No private commissions.

Please, be kind and don't disrespect. I really don't want any kind of problems.

Any updates to my T.O.S. will not affect previous commissioners after they have accepted a commission.

I'll be always trying my best to make the commission, but any delay or specific situation can always occur. I don't work with deadlines.

Be sure to specify on the Form what would you like to see in the artwork and upload as much references as you can (ref sheets, clothes, poses, personality, colors...), otherwise, I'll take my own decisions.

Think about the other people in the queue. It may take some time before proceeding with yours. Fully paid commissions will have priority.

Commissions can be stopped or refunded at 100% depending on my personal situation (recoveries, classes, vacations, familiar or personal issues...).

Payment via Paypal (EUR/USD), for now.

Commission will start with a minimum of 50% of the payment.

You must complete the payment to get the high-resolution files. You've got a deadline of a week after the commission is finished, otherwise, you'll get low resolution artwork and no option to request a refund.

Let me know if you want a refund as soon as possible before I proceed with the commission. Be sure of what you're doing.

Refunds can be applied on a percentage according to the commission status & the paid quantity. Before the sketch, refund will be the 100%. Before the lineart, 50%.

No refunds after the base color is applied or artwork is done.

There'll be a Google Form, pinned on my socials. Fill it with the main information, add references & detailed descriptions (one commission per Form).

If you've been chosen to take a slot, I'll inform you on private with all neccessary information.

I'll show you a rough sketch, so you may suggest changes, otherwise, it will remain for the final art.

If you're not finally conviced with the sketch, I can take the option to use it for other arts or reject your idea and work on other commission.

Whenever the final art is done, I'll notice you. When the payment is done, I'll send you a PNG (high res) & JPG (Low res) files. You can also request a timelapse of your commission with an extra cost.
