Commissioner must be +18 to take a commission. I'm not taking any responsibility in case of lying.

Commissions will never be done by AI software or tracing. Commissions will always be hand-done.

As the original artist, I have the right to decide if to take the commission or reject it.

As the original artist, I ALWAYS retain the copyright holder of the commission.

As the original artist, I have the right to upload the commission on my socials, suscription sites or portfolios. In any case the commissioner wants to remain anonymous or doesn't want their commissions to be posted, let me know as soon as possible.

The commissioner is allowed to use their commission for personal use (posting on socials, icons, banners...) with the condition of giving me credits.

The commissioner is not allowed to use commissions for commercial uses.

The commissioner is not allowed to modify, redraw the commission or erase the watermark.

You're NEVER allowed to use my products for AI-training, cryptos or NFTs.

Please, be kind and don't disrespect or you'll get blacklisted. I really don't want any kind of problems.

Commissioner will get blacklisted if any violation of my T.O.S. is produced and the commision will be terminated without refunds.

Any updates to my T.O.S. will not affect previous commissioners after they have accepted a commission.

All according dates are estimates, unless the client sets for specific situation (birthday, gift...). Any delay will be informed.

The commissioner should provide all clear information for the commission with clear references, otherwise, I'll take my own decisions.

Commissions can be stopped or refunded at 100% depending on personal critical situations (recoveries, illnesses, vacations, familiar or personal issues...).

Payment via Paypal (EUR), for now.

Commission will start at full payment. If payment is not done in a period of a week, commission will be cancelled.

Let me know if you want a refund as soon as possible before I proceed with the commission. Be sure of what you're doing.

Minor adjustments are included. Bigger ones will require an additional fee.

Before the sketch, refund will be the 100%. Before the lineart, 50%. No refunds after lineart is applied or artwork is done.

There'll be a Google Form, pinned on my socials. Fill it with clear information (one commission per Form).

If you've been chosen to take a slot, I'll inform you on private with all neccessary information & price.

I'll show you a rough sketch, so you may suggest changes, otherwise, other mentioned decisions will be applied.

Whenever the final art is done, I'll send you first a JPG (Low res) file. If client is satisfied, the PNG (high res) will be sent..
